No benefit apart of salary, force to work on holidays and on Sundays, Saturdays are working ( officially it's holiday). High level of micro management, lala involved in everything, delay in bonus, employees with good buttering skills are given preference even though most of them are not having experience and work related skills. So many persons on higher positions (manager and above) with only few in lower levels, everyone want credit but no one wants to work.

1. No employee hearing and resolution to issues. 2. Base pay is less. 3. Company is slowly drowning. 4. Is you come late your half day will be deducted. 5. When all the leaves are exhausted, they will deducted haly day salary. 6. It feels like school. 7. They will shamelessly ask to work on weekend, upper management the top level management has no concerns about the lower level employee. 8. They are planning to decrease workforce and introduce AI and automation systems don't join. 9. HR will keep on giving on giving tarikh pe tarikh but no resolution to the problem. 10. No professional communications.
