In my 30 years of work life, this is by far the best company I've experienced. I've been with the company for 5 years now since 2012. This company has the human aspect and respects each employee as a person. My work and accomplishments are appreciated and acknowledged. They encourage and empower their employees to suggest and make positive changes to the processes. I am an Admin. We work hard, but that is because NPG hires individuals with a strong work ethic, and we work well as a team. Our technicians and sales personnel are top notch and have great commission opportunities to enhance their take home. Our management team is intelligent and forward thinking. As for diversity, we have a very diverse atmosphere as well, which includes women as technicians and sales personnel, men as Admin, employment of minorities, and a strong support of veterans. Our goal here is to be premier, and I believe Nolan Power does an outstanding job catering to their customer's needs, as well as taking care of their employees. We have a CFO who works tirelessly to make all the operations of the business come together efficiently and to the benefit of the company as a whole (the company itself as well as the employees). Most importantly, we have our CEO/Owner, Bobby Nolan, who is a great individual. He is fair, caring, and a true professional. I love working for NPG!!
