No management help, signing others peoples name to documents, false Promises, no respect for employees, breaks fair housing laws.

Pros

Company has some really great leaders and hard workers that go beyond your average employee in the apartment industry. Loved the Stairway to success program.

Cons

Company will work you hard and never recolonize all that you really do. Lots up gossip with upper management and "he said, she said" stuff. Mind, you they go off of gossip instead of actual facts.

Pros

Lots of training opportunities, competitive compensation including commission structure, depending on the staff you work with on site it could be a fun work environment. Regional manager is great, truly goes to bat for you and your needs. Room for advancement with a pretty decent sized portfolio.

Cons

Feels like a major disconnect between corporate office and site personnel. Micromanagement runs abound here. They want reports for every little task; Do they know there are reports in One Site for this? They don't have to make the on site personnel fill out reports that could be generated with a click of a button in One Site - just creating more work for us when we have so much we do as it is. Feels like senior level management cares more about focusing on the negative. You could do a million things right and never hear a word... but if something goes wrong expect heads to roll. If you don't drink the koolaid, you're not a team player. And don't dare question policy or decisions made unless you enjoy being belittled. Inconsistency from site to site. Healthcare is CRAZY expensive.
