      Pros

      Nolk is a great place to work. The atmosphere is positive and supportive. There are opportunities for growth, and I appreciate the autonomy I have in managing my work. The company places a strong emphasis on sustainability, which aligns with my own values. The people here are friendly and easy to collaborate with. Management is also open to feedback and ideas from the team. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I feel there's a lot of potential for growth and development here.

      Cons

      While the hybrid work model is a big con for me, it can sometimes make you feel isolated, and you really have to make an effort to stay connected with your colleagues. Additionally, the role isn’t always 100% well-defined—it’s still a work in progress. While that can be challenging, the openness of management makes it easier to navigate and adapt. Overall, it’s a great place to grow and develop, but there are some areas that could be improved, especially in terms of team connection and role clarity.
