      non-stressful and nice people. having a good time working here with little issues and able to balance my personal life

      micromanaged and have a bad habit or going after the whole instead of fixing it with the person that has the issue

      Great group to work with and gorgeous site. Difficult schedule for mfg but all together good organization

      Cons

      Benefits somewhat lacking. Needs to become more contemporary in hiring practices like compensation benefits and other flexible policies.
