      Pros

      On-Boarding at Nomad was such a breeze and most definitely a smooth transition into my role. From the start, they demonstrated how well-managed the company is. Its a breath of fresh air to work in a place where they take your needs into consideration and work with you to make you most efficient at your job. The culture is extremely comfortable and very progressive. The CEO is understanding and does what he can to help you excel. (Very rare to find!) Overall, I'm happy to have found Nomad.

      Highly dynamic environment with an amazing set of people sharing the same culture - to see the startups grow, enjoy the work and have a great life outside of work.

      Cons

      Maybe a little intensive during the early part of the month but is compensated by a laid back end of month.
