Pros

You can work fully remote for decent benefits and above-average pay with nice bonuses.

Cons

- Leadership doesn't care about you or your opinion. They do not value feedback or take suggestions even though you, at the bottom level, are the one keeping the company afloat with your extensive work. - The culture went from being some of the best company culture I have ever experienced to the most toxic I have ever witnessed all because of incompetent hires in leadership positions. - They promise you room for growth in the interviews, but there is absolutely none. I hit every metric and KPI possible and accomplished so much for both my client and the company only to be given the most pathetic reason as to why I am not ready for the next step. So, I focused on purely that negative to improve upon it in order to be ready for the next step, only to be told by leadership that I was wasting time and resources. - They had three mass company layoffs in less than a year after promising that there would be no layoffs before the first, after the first, and again after the second. I'm assuming they said the same thing after the third :)

Pros

i would say everyone below the director level works their hardest to try and make the supreme overlords happy (surprise surprise, it wasn’t good enough as evidenced by this third rif). ics work nonstop and usually after hours to meet deadlines and submit packets and managers have to deal with both people and processes and yet their leaders are surprised when they can’t juggle it all (you know, instead of taking the time to stop sucking up to each other on slack and actually help out) the pay is nice too. probably too nice, but its also probably why the company is tanking.

Cons

the executives cant lead. they cant even pretend anymore like they care about trying. very few people from directors on up are competent in anything other than wasting time. no one knows what our goals are after this third rif. tried to have a town hall to rally the troops after the rif but really just reinforced the fact that the executives are in it for themselves.

Pros

When I started with this company early 2022, it was an amazing company. Unlimited PTO, no micromanaging, we had metrics but it was not a lose your job type of metrics. The system was basic, review apps, create packets, submit to facility, get offer. Not anymore.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. Try getting rid of some management, and actually try saving some of the non management jobs that actually make a difference and that keeps this company afloat. Also hiring a VP two weeks before you lay off is tone deaf at its finest. Completely clueless.
