Pros

None bhai, run from this company

Cons

Nomad Pizz – Honest Review (Con Alert) I joined Nomad Pizz as an Accounts Executive, and within 6 months (before my probation ended), I drafted my resignation. Why? Buckle up – this is the most tragic tale in the corporate world. The Reality Check: From day one, it was a disaster. No orientation, no guidelines, no ice-breaking sessions—nothing. I was handed a laptop and asked to “start working.” Working on what? No clue. There was no attendance system, and on top of that, my manager forgot to mention the concept of a lunch break for the first two days. Training? Forget it. Code of conduct? Doesn’t exist. Communication chain? Scalar chain? Those are alien concepts here. It’s pure chaos. Work Culture? More Like Exploitation: Medical leave? Say goodbye to your salary. Lunch break over by 5 minutes? Big issue. Working 3 hours extra? Oh, that’s just “dedication.” Sundays off? Not really – they expect you to work without hesitation. They even have the audacity to call your parents and references if they have any complaints. Professional boundaries? Never heard of those. Toxicity at its Peak: Verbal abuse is normal. Self-esteem destruction is part of your job description. Entire teams (like Accounts Payable) operate under low confidence because everyone is treated the same. You are pushed to close monthly books by the 2nd, even when vendors haven’t raised their invoices. Logical reasoning is not welcome here. The Final Blow: Towards month-end, your work (suddenly) becomes “full of errors,” and you are treated like trash. Public humiliation becomes a daily affair, and other departments join in the mockery. The work environment is so toxic that it breaks you mentally. Facilities? Worse Than a Prison: The rice served during lunch would make prison food seem like a 5-star meal. Verdict: No amount of salary can justify what you’ll endure here. If you’re planning to join Nomad Pizz – MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOU. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Pros

I may be just a touch biased as a co-founder, but I love Nomad. In fact, I left an amazing job to pursue building this company from the ground up. I am most excited about 2 things that I get to do at Nomad: 1) Build a product that makes renting better for property owners and residents alike. It's amazing to see a prospective customer's eyes light up when they find out they can use a product like Nomad. 2) Build something from nothing that will make our customers', teammates', and partners' lives even better!

Cons

We're early in our journey so there's a lot of hard work ahead. It's rewarding work, but it will be a long journey to build a large, impactful, valuable company.
