Leadership is accessible, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in people’s success. There’s no “big company bureaucracy” here - what you do actually matters, and your contributions are seen. The work itself can be fast-paced, and the relocation/corporate housing world is always changing, so you need to be adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities. But if you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, you’ll do well.
