If you are planning on going for a team lead position on the amcon laboratories side. DON’T! They will not pay you a decent pay. Team leaders are supposed make at least $19.00 to $20.00 an hour not $15.00! If you’re a regular worker all you will make is between $15.00-$17.00 unless you’re a upper management favorite! No more raises after that! No matter how much work you put in or ask upper management! For the lead position you might as well stay as a regular employee for that pay. Too much drama in the office! Shelley isn’t good at management! she lies to her workers and the CEO! Replace her immediately! She tells broken promises to her workers! Mary is rude she’s a 1st shift lead stay away from her. Doesn’t matter how many times you report her to human resources they will not fire her! She talks to people like their babies don’t have a brain. Seriously do y’all want the companies to strive and be successful strong in the years to come holding on to bad employees? Do you want both businesses to collapse? 2nd shift liquid room employees be sitting at the liquid lineTHE LIQUID ROOM IS NOT A SIT DOWN JOB UNLESS YOUR OLD AND HAVE BAD KNEES and their on their cell phones browsing and talking! Im assuming they don’t read nor care about company safety policy.
They have signs in the vestibule stating no cell phones allowed. THESE ARE YOUNG GROWN ADULT WOMEN ON THEIR PHONES! They are using a bluetooth speaker blasting when electronics are not to be used in THAT AREA for safety reasons! BOTH shifts EAT IN THE LOCKER ROOM ! Sneaking snacks around even though they have signs stating water only! They take your PTO without asking if you want to use it or NOT first! • Need better management immediately for amcon company success • Get more security cameras in production rooms and locker rooms • Offer better leadership position pay • Offer better pay for hard working employees • Needs Excellent team leadership on 1st shift • Needs more maintenance for both shifts • Needs Better machinery • Some employees do not follow safety guidelines nor care about them • Be kind hearted to workers, we have families love ones to care for too maybe we will break our backs for your success.
