Company is totally reliant on Dish for their contract work. Not a lot of senior talent or mentorship opportunities. They like to start people as independent contractors to avoid paying for benefits. If you manage to convince them to onboard you to full time the benefits are still not very good.

I feel most of the 4+ star reviews are fake.I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nomiso . This company is simply not trustworthy. From the get-go, there was a distinct lack of transparency and communication. Promises made during the hiring process were not upheld, leading to an environment of uncertainty and distrust. The most concerning aspect was the job security – or rather, the complete lack of it. Employees are treated as disposable, with little regard for their well-being or career growth. Sudden layoffs and arbitrary terminations are commonplace, creating a stressful and unstable work atmosphere. Moreover, the company's management is incompetent and unresponsive to employee concerns. Issues are swept under the rug, and constructive feedback is ignored. This creates a toxic workplace culture where morale is perpetually low. In conclusion, Nomiso fails miserably in providing a secure and supportive work environment. If you value your career and mental well-being, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company is a sinking ship. Simple exit formalities like Experience letter \ relieving letters are not disbursed to former employees after repeated followups. It was shame i had accepted offer from this org.
