      Pros

      Great co-workers in all of the departments. You'll get a lot of experience and find connections in the building-remodeling industry. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Negotiate a high salary or hourly pay. You will be promised big $ in the future but it won't happen. The rate you start at is where you'll stay. I was warned by former employees when I started that this would happen....They haven't given reviews in 9 years. If you don't mind criticism and don't care if your not recognized when you work hard and succeed you'll enjoy working at Nonn's

      Pros

      Amazing co-workers. The staff is talented and great to work with.

      Cons

      The company owner is not in tune with sales staff and does not show appreciation. There is zero notification/gratitude extended of those who have been with the company for 10, 15, plus years. The payment structure begins as hourly then moves to a commission. There is potential to make money but greater potential to owe the company back-pay. Training is minimal. Be prepared to work nights & weekends.

      No training, no management, little investments on the tools needed to sell products (inventory, samples, enough staff, showroom)
