      Pros

      The brand itself is well-loved, and coworkers were genuinely kind and supportive. The work environment can feel friendly on the surface, if you’re passionate about the product, that part is rewarding. Great location

      Cons

      Shifting priorities and limited communication from leadership. Expectations could change with short notice, and there wasn’t always strong support or structure to help employees succeed. Opportunities for growth felt limited, and feedback tended to be reactive rather than constructive. Overall, it’s not the worst place to work, but there are definite areas where management, transparency, and employee development need improvement.
