Pros

A paycheck. Health insurance. PTO. That’s literally it.

Cons

Poor communication. Poor listening skills. Poor treatment of administrative & any full-time staff member, *especially* their financial department. Poor leadership. Poor understanding of boundaries & how to act/speak in a professional manner. General lack of respect toward other humans, even if you’ve worked your butt off for them for years. No HR policies whatsoever. They treat Admin roles like a revolving-door position because the same issues are constantly encountered, complained about (because normal humans stand up for themselves), and they prefer to bury their heads in the sand and fire/re-hire/start all over again instead of actually fix those problems. If you’re not a real estate agent (because they’ll kiss your butt from sunrise to sunset if you’re one of those), stay as far away from this place as you can, unless you enjoy babysitting grown adults, the occasional free crappy hipster vegan breakfast & trying not to rip your hair out on a daily basis, and all to be treated like a replaceable cog in a garbage machine when they decide your time’s up. RUN.

Pros

i have nothing to say

Cons

There is a reason why there is such a high turnover and most leave the company... Unless you are in “the family”, you won’t go far. Nepotism is alive and well at this company. If you’re not related, you better be ready to suck up a lot. You can’t learn a lot from your co-workers. They even will still your clients and deals. Nooklyn Does not support new agents at all. If you decide to go to work with Nooklyn, stay away from Kate-listing agent , this is the most terrible person in the company, always rude, does not know how to act/speak in a professional manner.
