Pros
The people there are very friendly, inclusive, and are people you'd like to have a drink with after work. For the most part, working a 9-5 type schedule is feasible, and the hours tend to be pretty flexible, depending on which department you work for. The technology stack for the main money-making product is very old.
Cons
Upper management is either too hands off, or too hands on, depending on the manager/executive. The organization is very small and flat, so opportunities to advance are difficult. There is no regular review process or opportunity to increase pay, even to match inflation/cost of living expenses.
