      Pros

      The pay was alright and they gave me a truck.

      Cons

      Big LBGTQ company. If you are not gay enough, they will fire you. Their safety people are too busy trying to stab each other in the back. Too reliant on Site Docs. Not organized or communicate well. Too many EIT's who know it all. If you have any smarts to you they will try to discredit you to promote their own insecurity

      Pros

      Great people work at the company and there can be growth opportunities for certain positions.

      Cons

      A poor head office environment is being created. Heavily focused on profit, not employee experience, and it feels like someone is looking over your shoulder at work.
