Freedom during work day. Weekly pay.
Cons
Management and Ownership do not communicate. They tell you one thing but do something different. Will not have the employees back under any circumstance. Be very careful if you accept a job with this company.

Great coworkers, creat your own path.
Cons
You can get away with anything depending on who you know. Management is awful, nothing ever gets done about it. HR has to be Switzerland and can not deal with issues because of ownership. People are over worked and under paid / appreciated. Lots of backwards dealings.
