Pros
Good Team atmosphere and Staff all get along well, the Workload is shared across the full team so a team effort is required to get through the work on a daily basis.
Cons
Finish times are not set in stone, on busy days can result in working a little later to get the days work completed, but thats for the whole team and doesn't fall to individuals to sort. a late finish on average might only be 15 to 30 mins late and they're very few and far between, most of the time you finish on time or a little earlier.

Selling interesting products to interesting people.
Cons
Its just a real boring place to work, the sales staff never really get a chance to fully understand, touch, feel or use the products they are selling.
