      Okay for retirement job

      - Excellent work life balance (you usually leave work before 7pm) - Colleagues are generally nice - New office is fantastic

      Cons

      - Low salaries - Staff benefits seem to be reducing every year - Bureaucratic structure - The HR department is unhelpful and doesn't champion employee rights

      Pros

      Super flexible and good for those who want work life balance or if a side job. Management is not bothered even when staff do not come to the office. People are friendly and nice.

      Cons

      Low salary, bonus and promotion only when you threaten to resign. Very little staff benefit and welfare because bank is always cost cutting. Current GM drinks a lot and behave inappropriately at gatherings.
