      climate control. they buy chick-fil-a every few months. Great Health Insurance

      Cons

      no supervision. if you are not friends or family of management enjoy your 1 to 2% raise every year, If you even get a raise. Ya they pay competitive wages...........if you are comparing them to 5 guys burgers or Dollar General
