Horrible compensation all around. Benefits package is mediocre at best and is terribly managed by HR. Pay is under market standards. Annual raises do not even come close to reflecting the reality of inflation. Work-life balance is a myth. Management is severely opposed to remote work, but not all departments are treated equally on this as some are allowed to work remotely while others that previously could have been forced back into the office for no given reason. Holidays do not follow the federal schedule for no apparent reason despite being the same number of days. Management cares more about optics and pleasing their leadership than delivering well on objectives and ensuring employee satisfaction and retention . The most skilled and knowledgeable people across most departments burn out and leave, leaving the team in shambles because so many individuals are the only ones who know how things function.
