Pros

Pay was not too bad.

Cons

Hired as a welder, but never once saw a welder. They had no idea where I was supposed to go on my first day. No direction, disorganized, “shop” (more like a shed) is a disaster with poor ventilation. Fiberglass insulation, dirt, fumes, you name it. Good thing they provide the cheap blue surgical masks for protection, though. Total bait and switch by recruiter that hired me. They even completely changed the hours I was told I’d be working, twice in the first two weeks. Total disappointing joke after seeing some of the positive company reviews, but I’m guessing those are more from the construction side because the shop is ridiculous. Don’t bother unless you hate yourself.

Complete joke of a company

Pros

Pay Coworkers are good people Employee turnover is massive so you never get sick of your co-workers because they won’t be there long.

Cons

Inexperienced in all trades. Will have some trades doing other trade’s work. If you plan on doing work you were hired for, you are completely out of luck. Everything was rework due to inexperience and complete oversights by management. The CEO has no experience in construction. The project i was on was over $50 million over budget mid way through completion. Management nepotism. The company gives off the vibe that they are very successful and have created something great, but in actuality it is a dysfunctional mess that is hemorrhaging money. This company will not be around in 5 years doing what they’re doing.
