Great to see the increase in female personnel joining the business in recent months. The dedication from the new management team to ensure equality and inclusivity is already being seen and felt by the team.

Cons

Recent months have bought a lot of change, which can be unsettling but so far, all changes have proved positive

Pros

NormCyber promotes a high-trust culture. The hybrid working model is genuinely flexible, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. My management team provides the autonomy to manage my own workload, trusting in my results rather than micromanaging the process.

Cons

As is common with many high-growth MSSPs, there are some natural scaling challenges. Specifically, internal communication between departments can feel somewhat siloed, and the business would benefit from a more formalised HR infrastructure to support its expanding headcount.

I have loved my time at Norm so far - the people and culture are positive & refreshing which makes it a comfortable environment to work. Senior leadership are very present and always open to ideas. They genuinely encourage you to share your opinions. Great place to work if you're looking to progress your career within a smaller business. Opportunity to expand your knowledge as they provide guidance & support when needed. Flexible, hybrid working environment.

Cons

There can be some lack of communication reaching all levels of staff. Also we have seen a lot of internal changes within a short space of time (although all have been positive)
