      My experience working with Normac has been positive. The job is rewarding and I enjoy "going to work" (remotely) every day. The people are awesome and there are great perks. Positive environment with healthy culture Responsive leadership team Recognition program Training opportunities Work from home schedule Work life balance Continuous improvement opportunities Flexibility Social events Transparency Vacation and designated time off, including Stat holidays, Birthday, and Christmas closure Feedback & suggestions welcome Health spending account It is a busy company that continues to grow, it's exciting to be a part of.
