Cons
Sooo many illegal practices. Working over 5 hours at a time without a break. I was there working from 3pm to 3 am. Terrible scheduling will force you to be by yourself and “handle it” because if you cant handle being by yourself don’t work here. No one wants to hear a complaint. One manager says one thing and another says another thing they are never on the same page which leaves everyone else not knowing what to do. NEED BETTER TRAINING. They just show you one thing or two and expect you to get it. If you get too good as a host or cashier THEY WILL KEEP YOU THERE even when you ask to get moved up. They say wait 3 months but it’ll be over a year and you are still waiting. FOH bad food handling. Managers oversit and over use the servers and make them take 5 tables seated at one time. How are you supposed to do a good job with that? I dont know what I’m still doing here. Schedule changes all the time and they never keep the next week posted so you never know what your shifts will be. They will ALWAYS call you on your days off and beg you to come in and won’t take no for an answer. If you are sick you need to come in and work for a bit so they can see you and make sure you’re not lying. Or get a doctors note. One manager said you can have a fever of 101 and can still work. This place made me hate customer service because managers aren’t nice and accommodating to customers. They always want to save a buck. $$$ is everything. If someone literally found hairs and flies and terrible meal experience they will still charge you for the drinks and everything you DID eat like a potato and your soup and salads. Uhh huh they’ll get every penny out of you.
