      Work-life balance marred by poor leadership decisions

      Pros

      Good work life balance, a lot of travel, initially i have seen intention to development.

      Cons

      First they restructurized the hierarchy and this was already a bad decision, peoes without being able to make decision became leader. Then they made a downsizing and fired hard working good employees and kept not that good ones
