Pros

Decisions are fast since it is startup-like company, all depends on one person decision.

Cons

Many unfairness everywhere. HR has no role really except processing what leadership (money collectors) tells them to do. Not a place for sustainable growth! When you operate in a different country other than Estonia, hire and utilize teams from that country, don’t import your European army to prove you’re Estonian company. Very toxic culture. Jungle environment, Eat or Be Eaten environment.

Pros

Flexible work environment. Fully remote opportunities.

Cons

Since the acquisition of Nearsure, the original Nearsure culture has largely disappeared, replaced by a management style and work environment that many employees strongly dislike. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of stability. Even getting access to bench time came with strict conditions, and it became common to see talented people let go after spending only a short period of time on the bench. Leadership appears heavily focused on profits, with limited concern for employee well-being.
