Pros

• Plenty of time to look at Facebook and social media, read the news, do anything other than your work. • Decent 401k • None of the medical staff want to work here.....plenty of open positions

Cons

• If you are looking for a company to learn and grow this the worst place to work. If you are looking for just a job that will net you a subpar paycheck with no rewards sign up today. • Horrible healthcare....for a healthcare company • PTO doesn't exist unless you put it in your contract • Acts like they are still a tiny office in long island....worse corporate culture I've seen in 10 years • The execs don't care about any of you....they are just looking for their next bonus. You are always viewed as a cog in the wheel. When it is time for a bonus they will explain all about the tremendous work it took for them to reward you with a tiny bonus or a 1% raise. • Bottom line......this company is a box full of lemons.....if you are a high performer look somewhere else.

Pros

Struggling to find any pros

Cons

-Management is arrogant and dismissive. -Management will run the department dangerously thin which causes staff to flee which further spreads the department thin. -Management makes no attempt to increase pay or benefits in order to retain talent -Tells hospital admin exactly what they want to hear but never deliver. -If an employee wishes to leave, NAPA makes it incredibly hard for them to leave and will use any and all effort to make that employee pay for med mal tail, extra compensation, will require former staff give poor references. NAPA would rather ruin a former employees career than give them the satisfaction that they are leaving their indentured servitude. -NAPA will groom the department chief's to be just as ruthless and selfish as them -Hospitals in NH are already pulling their contracts. The precedent has been set and NAPAs house of cards will hopefully fall soon.
