Pros
-Flexibility in schedule, great for students/parents/people with a second job.
-Upper management actually listens to their employees and cares about their concerns.
-Freedom to express one's self through image, characteristics, and other qualities.
-You meet some really cool people while working here.
-Being a part of the wine industry in the Napa Valley delivers perks such as free tastings, discounts at wineries/restaurants, and everyone believes you know everything about wine.
-The location is beautiful with a very small, comfortable, homey feel to it.
Cons
-A small property makes for a small budget, which then leads to a small staff. Opportunity for promotion is slim to none unless someone in upper management leaves (Since current management does such a great job!)
-Flexibility in schedule makes for lack of hours with out your typical full time 40+ hour a week opportunity. This reduces the pay a bit.
