Pros
Pay was alright and there were opportunities to climb internally. Some of the management were nice, a few good co-workers that made the day better.
Cons
A close knit group of individuals who created drama from the chaotic and toxic environment. They adopted a "we're a family" which can really go either way depending on how you view that statement. The job wasn't difficult but the patients and people calling were. You got yelling, screaming, cussing, and downright rude people calling every day. On top of it it was always busy, always had twice as much work than you can handle and you will be compared to everyone before you and around you. I had thrice the work since there was only two of us and even when I was begging for extra help, I was just told to do what I can. I was stressed and anxious, bullied and pegged for someone I was not. I was overloaded and ended up creating a fight with a coworker when I realized they were not given as much work as me. I was always tired and cried in my car daily. Also, while I can't speak on 2023, I recall they didn't acknowledge Juneteenth as a federal holiday.
