Pros

Sometimes they're not stealing your money.

Cons

Norpacs leadership team, human resources, and management is filled with men of low integrity, that will scheme, and lie to your face. They are owned by a Chinese investment firm that the local leadership/management is too weak to stand up to, and your wages and retirement are constantly being slashed at a moments notice. Sometimes 20-30% for years a time. They lie to your face and act like it's a family business, and act like they care about you and your wages. Sadly, enough people working at Norpac accept this as normal. Also, Norpac is filled with managers that have no experience in management, so as a worker you will be surrounded by ineptitude, because they have no idea how to hire qualified applicants, and if you see whats going on around you, you'll realize you're surrounded by people that are only be in that position because Norpac is a chain of cluelessness. The plus side to this is people that wouldn't normally be able to get or hold a decent job can come to Norpac and stay for decades.
