Once near the top of the org chart you can get the facility to hire your children and provide them with stable employment without any repercussions for being incompetent at their jobs. In fact, the CEO will cover for you and your children by shifting their workload to other people and departments.
Cons
Having to cover the workload caused by the nepotism the CEO enables.
