Pros

Everyone agrees the work can be rewarding at times

Cons

It’s the most hostile environment. - the owner degrades you: -by your race and volatility lashes out. He calls his woman (best friend ) in office fat behind her back. -also shifty in mood based on their own insecurities. Not “good people” to work for. Warning.

Pros

It's a good learning experience with their non-optimized code if you have no other place to go. If you can work with that, it doesn't get much worse. Programmers are friendly.

Cons

Management communicates with yelling. All the earnings from new contracts go to the managers, employees are the ones doing the hard work but gets nothing. No benefits whatsoever. I'm not sure why the more senior programmers haven't left yet. Maybe they promised them the company after they retired? You're never getting that carrot dangling in front of you buddy. But you might get worked to death. Did I mention lots of yelling?

Pros

The developers are cool. Poor things.

Cons

Worst management I've ever seen. No strategy, no communication, no way would I ever go there again. Just goes to show you, you don't have to know what you're doing to make money on software.
