      Great co-workers with very smart people. Top of the line cutting edge software.

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to the rest of the industry. I would look elsewhere for better pay.

      Pros

      Everyone at North Star is incredibly friendly and treats you like family, from the CEO to own coworkers. Your code gets to see the light and you actually do things that matter. Really enjoyed my time there. Very flexible manager too!

      Cons

      The location is a little far away if you live in Minneapolis, but that's it.

      The environment is exciting with industrial radiography at the forefront of everyone's mind, the product represents excellence on the part of everyone in the company.
