      Pros

      Company is growing fast and there is a lot of latitude to make what you want out of our your role and lean into your skills. A lot of freedom to own certain areas and try new things. Not a lot of middle management means flexibility

      Cons

      Leaning into AI extremely heavily as caused some skepticism on where AI is at versus what we'd like it do.

      Pay and Remote Work were perks

      Cons

      Leadership shows little to no concern for their teams. There are clear issues with misogyny, favoritism, and a general lack of respect throughout the organization. Things to know: - Recently conducted company-wide layoffs - Leadership decisions are often unpredictable - There’s no direction for the company beyond a push on AI - Employees across all teams are overextended - The poor rating on Glassdoor reflects these problems accurately

      -Strong salary -Most employees work fully remote

      Cons

      -Recently executed a round of company wide layoffs -Unpredictable and destructive in leadership's decision making -Overworked employees across all teams -It's telling that the Glassdoor rating is a 1.8. Trust that number. Would not recommend working here.
