Continued Poor Management Encourages Workplace Dissatisfaction

Easy place to get a beginning IT job if you present yourself well
Cons
-Datacenters/NOC operations suffer from C-level Northstate executives making decisions they don't understand -Their motto to employees is: "You are FUEL"... Enough said. -For some reason is very intent to staff each facility with as much ex-police or ex-military as they can; predictably, this causes issues with workplace drama/temperament. -Management team above NOC staff is a clique of very lazy and aloof System Administrators who are very disinterested in assisting w/ tasks -No opportunities for career development, as staff is so separated from the employees that make promotional decisions (by design) -This all leads to their best lower-level employees leaving to take better jobs elsewhere
