Pros

One free lunch per month. Flexible schedule. Cell Phone. Laptop. Great office staff.

Cons

Lack of professional growth. Lack of commitment by CEO and directors. They over work their employees and keep expecting more. Caseloads too high because they can't hire and keep employees. CEO talks badly about past employees and most employees fear being fired on a regular basis. So employees leave often. Lack of training. Lack of communication.

Pros

Generous time off and great co-workers. Benefits are pretty good as well.

Cons

The CEO is very difficult to work with. He is condescending and makes your job difficult. There is NO training if you work in administration. The pay is sub par as well.
