Pros

The job is a good place to start to obtain experience and the mission statement is amazing for individuals with a disability to gain independence in the community. Some of the staff were a pleasure to work with. It's a community based job. Good for people that can't sit still.

Cons

Management. One of them is just there to live in the lunch room and try to micromanage. The other one enjoys putting people down on staff meetings. One instead of taking care of her position is worried about when you're in/out of the office, what you're eating in lunch, and pass all her work to others while sleeping on her desk or ease dropping others conversations. Sad, but true.
