Flexible schedules can't save this company from poor management

the only good thing about this job was the schedules. they can work around your availability

Very Strict and backwards management. just horrible policies, and horrible management. they expect you to fully to be off the phone and every electronics. and i mean NEVER use your phone, or bring any additional electronics to work if not asked for. your site supervisors and management will teach you "blind spots" but will still fire you regardless. They will randomly fire you with no explanations at all and say contact HR, but HR never picks up the phone call, and they never call you back when you leave a voicemail. very very horrible company.

was taken off schedule without warning or prior incidenT for several years. I was told to contact HR. I have called four times over the past couple of days but haven't been able to reach you. I also have not gotten a callback.
