No actual process' or procedure. There is no one to actually train and when training don't say you don't understand there will be no clarification. Only laughter and talking about you. The face of the HR is great and promises things that are not actually true. No mention of dress code at hire time or handbook with rules. Small business and super catty women that are friends with the owner. Making whatever their opinions more important than any other thing. Horrible and super toxic. Daily dred of going to work and feeling uncomfortable as women close door to talk about you in a small office. Dissapointing to say the least. Especially when you leave employment to work there.
