Pros

Varied work – No two days are the same. There’s a wide range of projects and tasks, which keeps things interesting and helps build experience across different areas. Supportive team environment – Colleagues are approachable and helpful, and there’s a good sense of teamwork. Learning and development – You’re given the chance to take ownership of tasks and grow your skills on the job. Established but innovative – The company has a long-standing reputation in diving and rescue gear, but still invests in new ideas and product development. In-house facilities – Everything from design to production is done on-site, which is great for understanding the full process.

Cons

Fast pace and tight deadlines – The workload can be demanding, especially around key product launches or exhibitions. Some processes are informal – As with many growing businesses, some systems and procedures are still evolving. Limited flexibility – Most roles are on-site, which may not suit everyone.

Pros

Very toxic environment with obvious favouritism. Will make you do more work for less money, constantly making you feel like you’re doing a bad job just so you don’t ask for more money.

Cons

Ok for someone just starting off their carrier and wanting to learn
