You walk into the office dreading that you're a minute late because of the grouchy attitude of management. Many roles are unclear, so you get hired but don't actually know what your day-to-day job description is. No training for in-office workers, high and unreasonable expectations, you're compared with other workers in a negative way. Your job is always on the line, people get fired so quickly for unclear reasons, no warnings. The office is too quiet, you can't take breaks without getting dirty looks. It's just a terrible place to be, an unhealthy environment. The staff and HR are the only people who are genuine, but they're all controlled by management.
