      Quality products, great training program for new sales people

      Cons

      Not an equal opportunity company female workers are not paid or treated as well as the male coworkers. Nothing is put in writing, no handbook and HR is no help.

      There are a few good folks that work there.

      Cons

      There's a lot of unprofessional employees, middle mangers are useless and spineless, race problems, favoritism, and very low wages. The company feels that you are paid in experience and or ease of work. The systems are archaic and antiquated there entire company is ran on an out dated UNIX system with no plans to upgrade. They ask you to go above your role for zero benefits to yourself. The benefits are awful. Zero work from home opportunity. High Turnover rate. Raises are a joke.

      Great Products. Terrible Senior Sales Management.

      Pros

      The product managers and their product lines are the life blood of the company. They get it. Their core warehouse and distribution staff is also very strong and does the best they can with the tools they have available. And they have a tough as nails, underpaid and undervalued sales force..

      Cons

      Micro-Management. Absolutely no advancement opportunities, just glorified DSR titles. Service is a constant struggle (cheap ownership). Senior management is just that; old, dying and out of touch with reality. Stray from management thinking and you'll very quickly be an outcast.
