Pros

Not for profit organization that puts the clients first. They celebrate their direct support professionals as well.

Cons

No cons from me, but I didn't choose their health insurance so I am not sure how it is.

Pros

Great co-workers The people you meet and get to help are amazing Flexible schedule Option for remote when needed Benefits

Cons

Inconsistency is the biggest issue. Policies are out of date and insanely rigid You feel disposable Another employee will do absolutely nothing all day and there are no consequences Invested employees are walked on Absolutely no incentive to succeed. Minimal appreciation and typically shown only when forced. Compensation is garbage. You have so much responsibility, but the Pizza Hut dishwasher makes more. If you complain about, they’ll tell you to “go work there then”
