      Loads of free beer and good discount at monk bars

      Cons

      Don’t take on new hires, spread out responsibilities to those left at the company without much say. No pay rise for taking on more work.

      From low wages, to unpaid extratime. Just have a look at the Salaries page here on Glassdoor to check by yourself the disparity in salaries between management and brewers...Also, bad, bad, bad management. I experienced daily stress that often built up into anxiety attacks and tearful nights.
