      Pros

      there really aren't any pros to working for this company

      Cons

      micromanaging at it's finest. you work hard and are rewarded with 'dings' on your evaluation for petty things to keep your raise as low as they can. Supervisors are wildly detached with reality - show up at 10am take a 2 hour lunch at noon and leave by 3 - all while they text & whisper to each other in front of you. Upper management is ruled by The Family. It's like a ghetto version of The Godfather but Fredo is in charge. Hot mess. Avoid at all costs. You would be better off at Tractor Supply

      Pros

      The people at Northern Safety are awesome. The company itself has a lot of positive aspects.

      Cons

      The pay scale. They do not pay nearly equivalent to the current market and give small and infrequent raises. By small, I mean literal cents. Frequent turnover because they refuse to update their old ways and people cannot live based off the salaries they give.

      Pros

      Good people around you, flexible at times. They throw a really big Christmas party in December. Business users were great to get along with.

      Cons

      Management was not very good, pay was not competitive. No much office politics and old history coming back on employees. Family run busy with to many family members running top positions.
