Pay is average for a small business in the Tampa area.
Worst upper management ever. They're shady, dishonest and pretend like you're invisible. Had five managers in four years, if that doesn't speak volumes I don't know what does. This year alone they lost their three biggest clients and started laying people off.
The pay and schedule is garbage too.
