Pros
No one really micromanages you. They let you do your work and give you the proper training for you to do it. Majority of the work is outside.
Cons
Workload is massive in the summer, you could potentially work 65+ hr weeks. It slows down a lot in the summer, so you either get laid off or end up with not many hours. Not good for someone supporting a family.
