Pros
They have hard working people. They have a decent product.
Cons
It's a horrible pyramid scheme. The company prays on young people that aren't well versed in finding gainful employment, or have a lot of skills in anything. It is a commission based job. They call it profit sharing. You pay for all benefits, and you will not get comp'd for your gas you spend on a daily basis driving all over Virginia. Overall it's a low overhead way to push out a mediocre product and make the most money for your time. (That is, if you are management) These poor guys stand out side all day long to make (if they are lucky) $50.
