Coworkers can be very helpful and understanding, discounts on groceries and parties every now and then for employees, lots of raffles and recognition, along with weekly pay.

Cons

Customers are extremely rude and management really pushes the "customers is always right" so they end up sticking up for them instead of the employees and rarely help out, There's a lot of favouritism. Little to no training.
